Job Title : Software Support Staff
Job Description : He/She will operate out of our office and will Handle the Calls and Emails for Support through online Chat or Phone or Emails. He/She has to understand the problem of Clients and help them in resolving the problem. In case the problem is major he/she will raise the query with Senior Support Staff and help the client in resolving the problem. Secondly, he/she will help in installation of our software through Remote Screen from our office premises.
Skill Requirements : Proficiency in SQL ,
Good Communication skill in English and Hindi ,
Knowledge of ASP.Net, C# would be added advantage
